1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using Fastcopy (including pasting content, retrieving codes, or creating an account), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue using Fastcopy.
2. Description of Service
Fastcopy is a cloud-assisted utility provided free of charge by PromptGallery India to facilitate rapid, friction-free transfer of text, code, links, and documents across multiple computing devices.
The service is provided across two tiers:
- Anonymous Guest Mode: Enables instant, unauthenticated snippet transfers utilizing 1:1 temporary 4-digit codes that permanently auto-expire within a specified duration (10 minutes, 1 hour, or maximum 24 hours).
- Registered User Accounts: Enables authenticated users to store, organize, favorite, and manage persistent clips across authorized browser sessions.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Fastcopy is intended for lawful personal and software development usage. You agree that you will not use Fastcopy to:
- Distribute Malicious Code: Upload, transmit, or link to malware, ransomware, spyware, viruses, keyloggers, or other harmful payloads.
- Violate Copyright & IP: Paste or distribute proprietary source code, trade secrets, copyrighted media, or software keys that you do not own or hold explicit license to transmit.
- Store Unlawful or Abusive Material: Share child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual sexual imagery, terrorism-related content, hate speech, or content that incites violence or harassment.
- Brute-Force or Abuse Codes: Attempt automated guessing, scripting, enumeration, or brute-forcing of temporary 4-digit codes.
- Scrape or Interfere with Infrastructure: Deploy automated bots, crawlers, or high-volume load generators that impair the stability or accessibility of Fastcopy services.
- Circumvent Security: Attempt to probe, exploit, or bypass database access controls or firewall rules.
4. User Content & Intellectual Property
You retain 100% ownership of everything you paste or upload to Fastcopy. We claim no intellectual property rights, ownership, or commercial licensing over your snippets, code, links, or text payloads.
By submitting content to Fastcopy, you grant us solely the limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free technical license required to host, store, cache, and transmit the payload to your designated recipient device. We do not proactively inspect, review, or edit your content; however, we reserve the right to remove any payload or disable access if we receive verifiable notification of an illegal violation or security threat.
5. Account Registration & Security
If you create a registered account, you agree to:
- Provide an authentic, active email address for verification and account recovery.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and accept responsibility for activities occurring under your session.
- Promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access or security breach of your account.
- You maintain the right to delete your account and all associated saved clips at any time from the dashboard.
6. Service Availability & "As-Is" Disclaimer
Fastcopy is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, PromptGallery India does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, immune to latency, or permanently accessible. Because guest clips are architected to self-destruct after their expiration window, you are solely responsible for maintaining permanent local backups of critical files, keys, and documents. We assume no liability for the auto-deletion of expired payloads.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, in no event shall PromptGallery India, its directors, developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data corruption, business interruption, or system downtime resulting from your use of or inability to use Fastcopy.
Because Fastcopy is offered as a free developer utility, our aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to this agreement shall not exceed ₹100 INR (or $5 USD).
8. Termination & Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to Fastcopy, without prior notice or liability, if we determine in our reasonable discretion that a user has violated our Acceptable Use Policy, engaged in illegal activity, or posed a security risk to other users or our cloud systems.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When substantial changes are made, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service following any modification constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, legal proceeding, or claim arising out of or relating to Fastcopy or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts located in Bengaluru / Hyderabad, India.
